We
have been providing office services in London W1 since 1963 and
from out current premises since 1985. During this time we have seen
many changes in technology however our principles still remain the
same. They ar to provide you with an efficient, friendly, comprehensive
and cost effective personal office service without any of the overheads
of rent, rates, electricity, staff, phone, fax equipment and maintenance.
The
services are designed to be flexible as everyone requires differnet
things. We customise the services to suit you, how we answer the
phone, how we handle your mail, we will even dispose of the junk
mail for you.
You
can have your mail forwarded or held for collection. Have your phone
messages forwarded by SMS, e-mail, fax or phone in any time to collect
them.
You
can choose from out Mail Service Packages, Registered Office Packages,
our Complete Office Value Packages or we can design a service for
you.
We
also offer printing (artwork and design), word processing (letters,
invoices, statements etc.), banking, accounting, courier services,
photocopying etc.
It
is easy to set up your services, just fill in an aplication form
(available from the internet, our office or by fax) and return it
to us. We will issue you with an invoice and on receipt of payment
will start your sevices.
Value Packages
We
offer three complete office value packages, Start-up, Transfer
and Full, specially designed to give you a comprehensive
office. New Services available from 8am
to 10pm 7 days a week.
Our
very experienced operators answer the phone in your name or with
any greeting you request. They will then connect the caller to you,
if you are not available we will take a message or an order on your
behalf. We can also provide 0800 numbers.
Tell
us how you would like us to handle your mail, forwarded (daily,
twice a week or weekly) or collected. We can open your mail and
let you know what is here whilst you are on the phone.
Mail
Packages
Choose
from our four Mail Packages, Basic, Standard Mail, Large Quantity, and Registered Office.
With
all the packages you can choose to have your mail either held or
forwarded by post or courier.
The
Basic package is for up to 50 letters anually. The Standard package
is for up to 50 letters per week and the Large Quantity for over
50 letters per week.
Registered
Office Services including Certificate and Name Display is for Limited
Companies and includes 10 letters annually. You can combine this
service with other mail packages.
Phone
Packages
There
are four phone packages, Standard, Late Standard, Call Transfer,
Late Transfer, Call Divert, and Voicemail.
With
the Standard packages our operators answer the phone in your name
or with any greeting you request. They then take a message on your
behlaf which you can collect or have forwarded. Standard answering
from 9am to 5pm, Late Standard available
from 8am till 10pm 7 days a week
For
Call Transfers they will then connect the caller to you, if you
are not available then a message will be taken. Call Transfer answering
from 9am to 5pm, Late Transfer available
from 8am till 10pm 7 days a week
On
Call Divert the call will go directly to your phone without the
caller knowing.
Voicemail
calls will go straight to your messag box, where you have your own
recorded greeting. You can change the greeting and retrieve messages
as and when you like.
We
also provide 0800 numbers and Directory Enquiry entries.
