In these Conditions "the Company" shall
mean LONDON OFFICE SERVICES Limited and "the Subscriber"
shall mean the Company firm or individual applying for Services. |

The duty owed by the Company to the Subscriber shall consist
of the receiving of letters parcels etc. addressed to the
Subscriber and either arranging for the collection thereof
by the Subscriber from the Company's premises during normal
office hours or posting same to the Subscriber. Such alternative
to be at the sole discretion of the Company.
The taking of telephone messages intended for the Subscriber
and the transmission to the Subscriber of such telephone messages
whether by post, telephone, SMS or hand as the Company shall
in its absolute discretion select.
The reception of telephone calls for automatic divert and
manual transfer for the subscriber providing the subscriber
has sufficient credit in hand the reception and transmission
of fax, email and voicemail messages for the Subscriber during
normal business hours and either arranging for the collection
by the Subscriber from the Company's premises during normal
office hours or telephoning faxing emailing or posting same
to the Subscriber such alternative to be as the Company shall
in its absolute discretion select.

The limit of the liability of the Company in respect
of any act omission neglect delay or default by it or by its
servants by way of the Law of Contract and/or by way of liability
for negligence shall not exceed £10.00. |

In the event of an ordinary parcel, chattel, packet
or other object other than letters addressed to the Subscriber
being delivered at the Company's address the Company shall at
its discretion accept or refuse delivery and the Company shall
bear no responsibility thereof either to the sender or to the
Subscriber. |

The Subscriber agrees with the Company not to
carry on any business which could be construed by the Company
as illegal, defamatory, immoral or obscene and agrees with the
Company not to use the address of the Company whether directly
or indirectly for any such purpose or purposes. |

This Agreement is subject to written Notice of
termination to be given by either party and to expire at any
time one month after sending same in an envelope addressed by
the Subscriber to the Company or by the Company to the Subscriber
respectively. |
| 7 |
In the event of the Subscriber breaching any of
the above Conditions the Company shall be entitled to terminate
this Agreement immediately by sending written Notice of such
termination to the Subscriber a prepaid letter addressed to
the Subscriber's last address shall be deemed sufficient Notice. |
| 8 |
In the event of the Subscriber failing to discharge his liability
to the Company for the services provided by the Company by
the due date the Subscriber hereby empowers the Company to
retain any correspondence addressed to the Subscriber, telephone,
fax, email and voicemail messages intended for the Subscriber.
If payment is not made within 28 days of becoming due the
services to the Subscriber will be cancelled by the Company.
All correspondence addressed to the Subscriber will be returned
to the sender. All telephone messages, faxes, emails will
be destroyed.

Any alteration to these Terms & Conditions
must be agreed in writing and signed by an officer of the Company. |
